Niemand bereitet ein Rennen im Stillstand vor.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>Was ist THE START LINE?<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> ist rund um Bewegung, Tempo, Ausdauer, Kontrolle und Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit aufgebaut.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Du bekommst nicht einfach ein paar einzelne Workouts. Du steigst in einen strukturierten Challenge ein, mit Duties, Deadlines und klaren Regeln. Bei Goliaz z\u00e4hlt der Einsatz. Reports z\u00e4hlen. Die Arbeit wirklich zu machen, z\u00e4hlt.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> \u00f6ffnet auch die T\u00fcr zu etwas Gr\u00f6\u00dferem: dem Start des Trainingsplans <strong>THE RACE<\/strong>, der Anfang September kommt.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Dieser Challenge ist der Startpunkt. Sie sind nicht optional und m\u00fcssen vor der ersten Deadline abgeschlossen sein.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Alle unten genannten Deadlines verwenden <strong>CET (mitteleurop\u00e4ische Zeit)<\/strong>. Blocke dir ein paar gute Stunden im Kalender.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"gz-roadmap-item\">\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-time\">16.08.2026<\/div>\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-copy\">\n          <h3>Finale Deadline<\/h3>\n          <p>Du hast bis 24 Uhr CET am 16.08.2026 Zeit, alle deine Duties abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-science-note\">\n      <p>\n        <strong>Wichtig:<\/strong> Wenn du die INITIAL DUTIES nicht vor der Deadline abschlie\u00dft, bist du endg\u00fcltig aus dem Challenge raus.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>Reports, WR und Finisher Badge<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Alle Goliaz Challenges sind individuell angepasst. Das bedeutet, dass deine Arbeit speziell f\u00fcr dein Fitnesslevel berechnet wird, basierend auf deinen INITIAL DUTIES, deinen reports und dem Fortschritt, den du w\u00e4hrend des Challenge registrierst.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Wenn du <strong>WR<\/strong> statt deiner <strong>Anpassung<\/strong> f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Tag siehst, bedeutet das <strong>Wrong Report<\/strong> (falscher Report). Mit deinen reports ist etwas schiefgelaufen und du musst dringend an <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a> schreiben, damit das Problem gel\u00f6st werden kann.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Ignoriere WR nicht. Geh nicht davon aus, dass es von allein verschwindet. Wenn eine WR-Situation nicht rechtzeitig gel\u00f6st wird, kannst du aus dem Challenge entfernt werden.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Au\u00dferdem musst du <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a> vor der Deadline kontaktieren, wenn du ein Problem beim Speichern eines Workout oder eines report hast. Schick dabei einen Screenshot mit, der das Problem zeigt.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Jede gespeicherte Goliaz Aktivit\u00e4t erscheint im Feed. Der Feed ist deine Best\u00e4tigung, dass die Aktivit\u00e4t gespeichert wurde. Wenn die Aktivit\u00e4t nicht im Feed erscheint, wurde sie nicht gespeichert, und du musst das Problem vor der Deadline melden.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Das Problem erst nach der Deadline zu melden, ist nicht g\u00fcltig. Nach der Deadline erlaubt die App nicht mehr, diese Aktivit\u00e4t zu speichern. Es gibt dann keine M\u00f6glichkeit mehr zu best\u00e4tigen, dass die Arbeit rechtzeitig erledigt wurde.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Es gibt noch eine wichtige Regel: Im reporting system k\u00f6nnen Strafen existieren, aber sie ersetzen kein verpasstes Workout. Ein nicht erledigtes Workout bedeutet kein Badge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Nutze die Ern\u00e4hrung, w\u00e4hrend du trainierst<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Dieser Challenge ist auch eine gute Gelegenheit, das neue Ern\u00e4hrungsmodul von Goliaz zu testen.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Die Ern\u00e4hrung ist noch in der Beta, aber du kannst bereits einen w\u00f6chentlichen Plan nach deinen Zielen erstellen, erfassen, was du isst, Mahlzeiten anpassen und bei Bedarf sogar eigene Rezepte hinzuf\u00fcgen.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Nutze sie gut. Hartes Training ist nur die H\u00e4lfte der Arbeit.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Wir k\u00f6nnen dich kontaktieren<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Der Coach oder sein Team k\u00f6nnen dich kontaktieren, wenn bei deinen reports etwas unklar ist.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Lass die Push-Benachrichtigungen w\u00e4hrend des Challenge aktiviert. Wenn es ein Problem mit einem report, eine WR-Situation oder eine dringende R\u00fcckfrage gibt, m\u00fcssen wir dich vielleicht schnell erreichen.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Antworte uns bitte.
