data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<dl>\n \t<dt>\nH\u00f6re auf deinen K\u00f6rper<\/dt>\n<dd>\nWenn dir schwindlig oder \u00fcbel ist, du dich  benommen, desorientiert oder m\u00fcde f\u00fchlst oder aufh\u00f6rst zu schwitzen, musst du dein Training beenden und in den Schatten gehen, um dich abzuk\u00fchlen. Dies sind die ersten Anzeichen eines Hitzschlages.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nFinde die richtige Zeit<\/dt>\n<dd>\nNormalerweise ist es zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr am hei\u00dfesten, also versuche, fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter zu trainieren.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nKleide dich um zu schwitzen<\/dt><dd>\nHelle Farben sind vorteilhaft und anstatt Baumwollkleidung solltest du Mikrofaser bevorzugen. Das nimmt den Schwei\u00df viel besser auf und transportiert ihn an die Oberfl\u00e4che, wo er verdunstet.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nTrinke ausreichend<\/dt><dd>\nEs ist immer wichtig genug zu trinken, aber bei Hitzewellen ist es essenziell. Ein kleiner Tipp, wie du herausfinden kannst, ob du genug getrunken hast: Du solltest vor und nach dem Training dasselbe wiegen.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nMach langsamer<\/dt><dd>\nSelbst wenn sich dein Training genau anstrengend wie sonst anf\u00fchlt, wirst du bei hohen Temperaturen langsamer sein, als du es gewohnt bist. Das ist normal. \u00dcbertreibe es also nicht und sei nicht entt\u00e4uscht, wenn du deine Bestzeit nicht erreichst.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nK\u00fchle dich vorher ab<\/dt><dd>\nForschungen haben gezeigt, dass Sportler bessere Leistungen erbringen, wenn sie ihren K\u00f6rper vor dem Sport abk\u00fchlen.
