Se trata de llegar al siguiente paso m\u00e1s preparado, m\u00e1s completo y con m\u00e1s capacidad para aguantar el esfuerzo que se acerca.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-feature-grid\">\n      <div class=\"gz-feature-card\">\n        <strong>4 semanas<\/strong>\n        <span>Un Challenge enfocado, creado para preparar tu cuerpo para lo que viene despu\u00e9s.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"gz-feature-card\">\n        <strong>5 sesiones por semana<\/strong>\n        <span>Trabajo semanal estructurado, con Duties (deberes), reglas y plazos claros.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"gz-feature-card\">\n        <strong>2 d\u00edas outdoor<\/strong>\n        <span>Correr fuera ser\u00e1 obligatorio dos veces por semana. Nadie prepara una carrera estando quieto.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es THE START LINE?<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> est\u00e1 construido alrededor del movimiento, la velocidad, la resistencia, el control y la resiliencia.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      No vas a recibir simplemente Workouts sueltos. Entrar\u00e1s en un Challenge estructurado, con Duties, plazos y reglas espec\u00edficas. En Goliaz, el esfuerzo cuenta. Los reports cuentan. Hacer el trabajo cuenta.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n abre el camino hacia algo m\u00e1s grande: el lanzamiento del plan de entrenamiento <strong>THE RACE<\/strong>, previsto para principios de septiembre.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Este Challenge es el punto de partida. Es aqu\u00ed donde el cuerpo empieza a prepararse, el motor empieza a despertar y la direcci\u00f3n queda clara. <strong>THE RACE<\/strong> est\u00e1 llegando. <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> es donde empezamos.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-dark-callout\">\n      <h2>Por qu\u00e9 un Challenge Goliaz es diferente<\/h2>\n      <p>\n        Un Challenge Goliaz aprieta el foco. El Challenge tiene reglas de entrada estrictas y los <strong>INITIAL DUTIES<\/strong> (deberes iniciales) deben completarse dentro del plazo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Reglas y plazos del Challenge<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      En un Challenge Goliaz, Duties son los Workouts asignados dentro del Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Los <strong>INITIAL DUTIES<\/strong> son Duties de entrada obligatorios. No son opcionales y deben quedar completados antes del primer plazo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Todos los plazos de abajo usan <strong>CET (hora de Europa Central)<\/strong>. Si no los completas a tiempo, quedar\u00e1s definitivamente fuera del Challenge.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"gz-roadmap-item\">\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-time\">Todos los domingos<\/div>\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-copy\">\n          <h3>Plazo semanal de los Duties<\/h3>\n          <p>Los Duties de cada semana deben completarse antes de las 24h CET del domingo de esa misma semana. Si fallas un plazo semanal, podr\u00e1s continuar el Challenge, pero dejar\u00e1s de ser elegible para el Finisher Badge (diploma de finalista).<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"gz-roadmap-item\">\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-time\">15.08.2026<\/div>\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-copy\">\n          <h3>EARN-THE-BADGE<\/h3>\n          <p>El \u00faltimo Daily Duty se llama EARN-THE-BADGE (gana el diploma). Se publicar\u00e1 antes de las 2h CET del 15.08.2026. No esperes facilidades. Reserva al menos unas buenas horas en tu agenda.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"gz-roadmap-item\">\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-time\">16.08.2026<\/div>\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-copy\">\n          <h3>Plazo final<\/h3>\n          <p>Tienes hasta las 24h CET del 16.08.2026 para completar todos tus Duties.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-science-note\">\n      <p>\n        <strong>Importante:<\/strong> si no completas los INITIAL DUTIES antes del plazo, quedar\u00e1s definitivamente fuera del Challenge.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>Reports, WR y Finisher Badge<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Todos los Challenges Goliaz son personalizados. Esto significa que tu trabajo se calcula espec\u00edficamente para tu nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, seg\u00fan tus INITIAL DUTIES, tus reports y el progreso que vas registrando durante el Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Si ves <strong>WR<\/strong> en vez de tu <strong>personalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para un d\u00eda concreto, significa <strong>Wrong Report<\/strong> (informe err\u00f3neo). Algo ha ido mal con tus reports y debes escribir urgentemente a <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a>, para que el problema pueda resolverse.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      No ignores WR. No asumas que desaparecer\u00e1 solo. Si una situaci\u00f3n de WR no se resuelve a tiempo, puedes ser retirado del Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Adem\u00e1s, si tienes cualquier problema al guardar un Workout o un report, debes contactar con <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a> antes del plazo, con una captura de pantalla que muestre el problema.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Todas las actividades Goliaz guardadas aparecen en el Feed. El Feed es tu confirmaci\u00f3n de que la actividad qued\u00f3 guardada. Si la actividad no aparece en el Feed, no qued\u00f3 guardada, y debes reportar el problema antes del plazo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Reportar el problema despu\u00e9s del plazo ya no es v\u00e1lido. Despu\u00e9s del plazo, la app deja de permitir guardar esa actividad, as\u00ed que ya no hay forma de confirmar que el trabajo se complet\u00f3 a tiempo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Hay otra regla importante: pueden existir penalizaciones dentro del sistema de reports, pero no sustituyen a un Workout perdido. Un Workout no hecho significa ausencia de Badge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Usa la nutrici\u00f3n mientras entrenas<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Este Challenge tambi\u00e9n es una buena oportunidad para probar el nuevo m\u00f3dulo de nutrici\u00f3n de Goliaz.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      La nutrici\u00f3n sigue en beta, pero ya puedes definir un plan semanal seg\u00fan tus objetivos, registrar lo que comes, ajustar comidas e incluso a\u00f1adir tus propias recetas si lo necesitas.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      \u00dasala bien. Entrenar duro es solo la mitad del trabajo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Podemos contactarte<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      El Coach o su equipo pueden contactarte si algo no est\u00e1 claro en tus reports.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Mant\u00e9n activadas las notificaciones push durante el Challenge. Si hay un problema con un report, una situaci\u00f3n de WR o alguna aclaraci\u00f3n urgente, puede que necesitemos hablar contigo r\u00e1pido.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Resp\u00f3ndenos, por favor.
