A continuaci\u00f3n, puedes definir el rango de puntos para los entrenamientos que deseas ver. Y, finalmente, puedes decidir qu\u00e9 grupos musculares, nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y filtros adicionales deseas configurar. Para estos tres, si haces clic una vez en un atributo, se vuelve verde, lo que significa que el resultado de tu b\u00fasqueda s\u00f3lo incluir\u00e1 entrenamientos con esta funci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, si haces clic dos veces en el atributo, se volver\u00e1 rojo y quedar\u00e1 excluido de tu b\u00fasqueda. El bot\u00f3n blanco en la parte superior de los filtros le muestra cu\u00e1ntos entrenamientos coinciden con tus criterios. En los dem\u00e1s casos, aparece una l\u00ednea cruzando las lunas. Bajo las lunas, ver\u00e1s el n\u00famero de puntos que proporciona dicho Workout. Directamente bajo el nombre del Workout, encontrar\u00e1s los principales grupos musculares implicados. En la parte inferior izquierda, tienes una visi\u00f3n general de lo que necesitar\u00e1s para el Workout, si es que necesitas algo: Running, Barra para Pullups, Barras Bajas, un Caj\u00f3n o una Cuerda para saltar. La voz de Goliaz te informar\u00e1 cuando hayas completado el tiempo del Hold \u2013 escuchar\u00e1s la palabra \u201cTIME\u201d. En el caso de que hicieras el Hold unbroken (sin descansos) podr\u00e1s presionar Siguiente y moverte al siguiente ejercicio. En caso de que lo hicieras broken, deber\u00e1s a\u00f1adir al tiempo total el tiempo que estuviste descansando. En resumen, s\u00f3lo puedes pasar al siguiente ejercicio despu\u00e9s de haber realizado por completo el tiempo del Hold, independientemente de si lo hiciste broken o unbroken. Adicionalmente, algunos Workouts incluyen descansos (Rests) obligatorios.
