La motivaci\u00f3n es lo que te impulsa a tomar acci\u00f3n. Es el deseo de lograr una meta, o la pasi\u00f3n por hacer algo. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero es bastante inestable. Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que te hace subirte a la esterilla y presionar el bot\u00f3n de inicio en la aplicaci\u00f3n, incluso si no tienes ganas de moverte? Mientras que la motivaci\u00f3n es lo que te hace empezar, la disciplina es lo que te mantiene en marcha. La disciplina nos har\u00e1 elegir cada d\u00eda seguir adelante para que finalmente formemos h\u00e1bitos que se mantengan. Ve paso a paso, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil engancharte a tus objetivos.<\/dd><dt>Usa tu imaginaci\u00f3n<\/dt><dd><a href=\"https:\/\/www.annualreviews.org\/doi\/abs\/10.1146\/annurev-psych-122414-033417\">Los estudios<\/a> han demostrado que cuando te imaginas haciendo tu nueva rutina desde el principio hasta el final, te ayuda a realizarla y engancharte a ella. Por ejemplo, imagina llegar a casa del trabajo, ponerte tu ropa deportiva, desplegar la esterilla, hacer tu entrenamiento, guardar la esterilla, ducharte y lo bien que te sentir\u00e1s despu\u00e9s.<\/dd><dt>Seguirles la pista<\/dt><dd>Anota tu progreso, usa un calendario o usa una de las muchas aplicaciones de seguimiento de h\u00e1bitos disponibles. O, mejor a\u00fan, p\u00eddele a un amigo que se una a ti y haz que sea un desaf\u00edo qui\u00e9n se rendir\u00e1 el \u00faltimo..<\/dd><dt>Recuerdate \u201cpor qu\u00e9\u201d<\/dt><dd>Recordar el motivo por el que empezaste te dar\u00e1 una chispa de motivaci\u00f3n y con esa ayuda podr\u00e1s seguir adelante.<\/dd><\/dl><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para crear h\u00e1bitos m\u00e1s saludables y alcanzar tus metas, necesitas motivaci\u00f3n y disciplina.
