En este paso, se acumula energ\u00eda<\/dd>\n \t<dt>Fase de amortizaci\u00f3n<\/dt>\n \t<dd>Despu\u00e9s, el movimiento se detiene brevemente para la estabilizaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica durante la cual el m\u00fasculo pasa de acumular energ\u00eda a liberarla.
