Antes de levantar un solo peso, realiza al menos 5 minutos de ejercicio aer\u00f3bico para conseguir que tus m\u00fasculos se calienten y se ablanden. Adem\u00e1s, antes de que empieces el entrenamiento, deber\u00edas calentar realizando primero algunas repeticiones del ejercicio elegido con poco peso.
