Un second clic sur ce crit\u00e8re le passe en rouge et l\u2019exclut de la recherche.\nLe bouton blanc en haut de l\u2019\u00e9cran te renseigne sur le nombre de Workouts qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 tes crit\u00e8res. Dans le cas contraire, les Lunes sont barr\u00e9es.\nEn dessous, tu trouves le nombre de points du Workout. Sous le nom du Workout se trouvent les groupes musculaires sollicit\u00e9s. En bas \u00e0 gauche tu as un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire pour le Workout : course, barre de traction, barres basses, une box ou une corde \u00e0 sauter. La voix Goliaz t\u2019indiquera quand tu auras atteint le temps du Hold \u2013 tu entendras le mot \u00abTIME\u00bb. Dans le cas o\u00f9 tu as tenu le Hold en \u00e9tant unbroken (sans pause) tu peux alors appuyer sur \u201cNEXT\u201d et passer \u00e0 l\u2019Exercice suivant. Sinon, si tu as \u00e9t\u00e9 broken (avec pause), tu devras ajouter au temps total de hold le temps de pause que tu as pris. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, tu ne peux passer \u00e0 l\u2019Exercice suivant qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 le temps total de hold, que tu aies \u00e9t\u00e9 broken ou unbroken. D\u2019autre part, certains Workouts comportent aussi des pauses (REST) obligatoires.
