Nous les avons regroup\u00e9s selon diff\u00e9rents objectifs comme \"Super Fitness\", nos Plans de Fitness en tout genre, ou \"Cardio &amp; Explosivit\u00e9\", nos Plans plus ax\u00e9s sur le Cardio. Les cat\u00e9gories ici \u00e9volueront \u00e9galement avec le temps, nous ne voulons donc pas entrer trop en d\u00e9tails.\nPour chaque Plan d'Entra\u00eenement, tu verras une image, qui te donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 des informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur la dur\u00e9e du Plan et ses caract\u00e9ristiques. Certains plans te demanderont par exemple d'avoir un certain \u00e9quipement ou d'\u00eatre capable d'effectuer un certain exercice. Tu peux modifier cela chaque semaine, afin que nous puissions parfaitement personnaliser ton plan.\nTu remarqueras que dans certains Plans d'Entra\u00eenement, quelques \u00e9quipements sont marqu\u00e9s d'un petit cadenas. Cela signifie que tu auras besoin de cet \u00e9quipement pour que ton Plan d'Entra\u00eenement ait un sens (par exemple, une Barre Haute dans un Plan d'Entra\u00eenement ax\u00e9 sur les Pullups). Lorsqu'il n'y a pas de case \u00e0 cocher \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment, c'est que cet \u00e9quipement ne sera pas n\u00e9cessaire dans le Plan d'Entra\u00eenement (par exemple toutes les distances de course dans un plan strictement \u00e0 domicile).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ccbdc2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ccbdc2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ADAPTER LES EXERCICES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f33ab2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f33ab2f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nous modifierons les exercices automatiquement pour toi si tu ne disposes pas du mat\u00e9riel ad\u00e9quat.\nPar exemple, si tu n'as pas de Barre Haute, mais que tu as une Barre Basse, nous remplacerons automatiquement toutes les variantes de Pullup par leur substitut d'Australian Pullup.<\/p><p>Si tu as besoin d'adapter plus d'exercices \u00e0 cause d'une blessure, par exemple, tu trouveras un lien vers notre \u00e9cran d'exercices en bas de la liste des \u00e9quipements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be96d45 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"be96d45\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/goliaz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/FR4.jpg\" title=\"Screenshot\" alt=\"Screenshot\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc14304 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc14304\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour chaque exercice, tu peux v\u00e9rifier \u00e0 quoi il correspond et comment tu dois l'ex\u00e9cuter en cliquant sur l'ic\u00f4ne de la vid\u00e9o.<\/p><p>Tu ne dois remplacer un exercice ici que si tu ne peux pas le faire pour l'une des raisons suivantes :<\/p><p>\u2022\u00a0 <strong>L\u2019incapacit\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>Bien qu\u2019il soit improbable que le PERSONAL TRAINER te donne des exercices TROP FACILES ou TROP DIFFICILES par rapport \u00e0 ton niveau de forme physique, tu peux lui indiquer par avance quels sont les exercices que tu ne peux vraiment pas faire. Exemple : tu peux \u00eatre un super athl\u00e8te, mais si tu n\u2019arrives pas encore \u00e0 faire des MUSCLE UPS, alors tu as l\u2019option de les remplacer par des STRAIGHT BAR DIPS, PULLUPS, etc. Si tu ne peux pas faire des STRICT ou KIPPING HS PUSHUPS, tu peux les remplacer par des HINDU PUSHUPS. Si tu n\u2019arrives pas encore \u00e0 faire parfaitement des Goliaz PUSHUPS alors tu peux les remplacer par des KNEE PUSHUPS. Si tu n\u2019arrives pas \u00e0 faire des PISTOLS, tu peux les remplacer par des ASSISTED PISTOLS ou des SQUATS, etc\u2026 ;<\/p><p>\u2022 <strong>La blessure<br \/><\/strong>Imagine que tu ne peux plus travailler tes jambes suite \u00e0 une blessure importante. Tu veux tout de m\u00eame travailler les autres groupes musculaires. Alors, tu peux EXCLURE les workouts qui incluent des exercices pour les jambes en excluant directement les exercices faisant appel aux jambes. Si cette blessure n\u2019est pas totalement invalidante et que tu veux juste travailler de fa\u00e7on plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re dessus, alors tu peux choisir des exercices plus simples en remplacement des plus compliqu\u00e9s. Ex : les HIGH JUMPS par des HIGH KNEES ;<\/p><p>Tu ne dois remplacer ou exclure un exercice que si c'est strictement n\u00e9cessaire. Si tu commences un Plan d'Entra\u00eenement de 3 jours le lundi, tu pourras commencer une nouvelle semaine au plus t\u00f4t le jeudi. Quoiqu'il en soit, si tu as termin\u00e9 ta semaine avant la date pr\u00e9vue tu as 2 options : te reposer ou choisir un entra\u00eenement additionnel toi-m\u00eame.\nNous avons d\u00e9termin\u00e9 les Journ\u00e9es d'Entra\u00eenement en gardant \u00e0 l'esprit un parfait \u00e9quilibre du travail musculaire, afin de ne pas cibler le m\u00eame groupe musculaire deux jours de suite. Changer de jour n'est peut-\u00eatre pas optimal, mais bien s\u00fbr, s'il y a des situations dans lesquelles tu dois le faire, pas de probl\u00e8me.
