Ce sont les premiers signes d'un malaise d\u00fb \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nChoisi le bon moment<\/dt>\n<dd>\nHabituellement, c'est entre 10 h et 18 h qu'il fait le plus chaud, alors essaye de t'entra\u00eener plus t\u00f4t ou plus tard.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nHabille-toi pour transpirer<\/dt><dd>\nLes couleurs claires aideront un peu, et \u00e9vite les v\u00eatements en coton, mais pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les tissus techniques. Ils absorberont beaucoup mieux ta sueur en la transportant vers la surface ext\u00e9rieure o\u00f9 elle s'\u00e9vapore.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nReste hydrat\u00e9<\/dt><dd>\nIl est toujours important de boire suffisamment, mais en p\u00e9riode de canicule, cela devient indispensable. Un petit conseil pour savoir si tu as assez bu : tu dois peser le m\u00eame poids avant et apr\u00e8s ton entra\u00eenement.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nRalenti<\/dt><dd>\nM\u00eame si tu as la m\u00eame sensation d'effort pendant l'exercice, lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, tu seras plus lent que d'habitude. C'est normal. Alors n'en fais pas trop et ne sois pas d\u00e9\u00e7u si tu n'atteins pas ton PB.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nRafraichis-toi avant<\/dt><dd>\nDes recherches ont montr\u00e9 que les athl\u00e8tes sont plus performants lorsqu'ils refroidissent leur corps avant de sortir en \u00e9t\u00e9.
