Mais en v\u00e9rit\u00e9, tu n'es qu'\u00e0 85 - 90% de ton effort maximum. Donc, nous arrivons \u00e0 la seconde id\u00e9e : lorsque tu suis une consigne cadenc\u00e9e, tu ne veux pas t'arr\u00eater. Chaque niveau se compose de 7 s\u00e9ries avec diff\u00e9rents nombres de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. Pendant chaque s\u00e9rie, tu es cadenc\u00e9 avec un bip qui t'indique quand tu dois faire une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. Si tu es capable de faire un niveau sans interruption, sans manquer aucun bip, l'application te donnera alors un niveau sup\u00e9rieur la prochaine fois que tu utiliseras cet exercice dans le module de force. Tout d'abord, tu dois faire ces 50 burpees, pour d\u00e9finir un temps de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Ainsi, lorsque tu choisis \u00e0 nouveau 50 burpees, tu as d\u00e9sormais plusieurs modes disponibles pour te cadencer.
