La discipline nous fera choisir chaque jour de continuer pour que nous tenions enfin ces habitudes. Vas-y \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, il te sera plus facile de t'en tenir \u00e0 tes objectifs.<\/dd><dt>Sers-toi de ton imagination<\/dt><dd><a href=\"https:\/\/www.annualreviews.org\/doi\/abs\/10.1146\/annurev-psych-122414-033417\">Des \u00e9tudes<\/a> ont montr\u00e9 que lorsque tu imagines faire ta nouvelle routine du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin, cela t'aide \u00e0 \u00eatre performant et \u00e0 t'y tenir. Par exemple, imagine que tu rentres du travail, tu enfiles tes v\u00eatements de sport, tu d\u00e9roules le tapis, tu fais ton entra\u00eenement, tu ranges le tapis, tu prends une douche et \u00e0 quel point tu te sens bien apr\u00e8s.<\/dd><dt>Suis ta progression<\/dt><dd>Tu peux noter tes progr\u00e8s, utiliser un calendrier ou l'une des nombreuses applications qui te permettent de suivre tes habitudes.
