Si tratta di arrivare al prossimo passo pi\u00f9 preparato, pi\u00f9 completo e pi\u00f9 capace di reggere lo sforzo che ti aspetta.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-feature-grid\">\n      <div class=\"gz-feature-card\">\n        <strong>4 settimane<\/strong>\n        <span>Un Challenge mirato, pensato per preparare il tuo corpo a quello che viene dopo.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"gz-feature-card\">\n        <strong>5 sessioni a settimana<\/strong>\n        <span>Lavoro settimanale strutturato, con Duties (doveri), regole chiare e deadline precise.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"gz-feature-card\">\n        <strong>2 giorni outdoor<\/strong>\n        <span>Correre fuori sar\u00e0 obbligatorio due volte a settimana. Nessuno prepara una gara restando fermo.<\/span>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>Che cos\u2019\u00e8 THE START LINE?<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> nasce attorno a movimento, velocit\u00e0, resistenza, controllo e resilienza.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Non riceverai semplicemente qualche Workout isolato. Entrerai in un Challenge strutturato, con Duties, deadline e regole specifiche. In Goliaz, lo sforzo conta. I reports contano. Fare davvero il lavoro conta.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> apre anche la strada a qualcosa di pi\u00f9 grande: il lancio del piano di allenamento <strong>THE RACE<\/strong>, previsto per l\u2019inizio di settembre.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Questo Challenge \u00e8 il punto di partenza. \u00c8 qui che il corpo inizia a prepararsi, il motore comincia a svegliarsi e la direzione diventa chiara. <strong>THE RACE<\/strong> sta arrivando. <strong>THE START LINE<\/strong> \u00e8 dove iniziamo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-dark-callout\">\n      <h2>Perch\u00e9 un Challenge Goliaz \u00e8 diverso<\/h2>\n      <p>\n        Un Challenge Goliaz stringe il focus. Non sono opzionali e devono essere completati prima della prima deadline.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Tutte le deadline qui sotto usano <strong>CET (ora dell\u2019Europa centrale)<\/strong>. Sar\u00e0 pubblicato prima delle 2h CET del 15.08.2026. Non aspettarti una passeggiata. Blocca qualche buona ora in agenda.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"gz-roadmap-item\">\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-time\">16.08.2026<\/div>\n        <div class=\"gz-roadmap-copy\">\n          <h3>Deadline finale<\/h3>\n          <p>Hai tempo fino alle 24h CET del 16.08.2026 per completare tutti i tuoi Duties.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"gz-science-note\">\n      <p>\n        <strong>Importante:<\/strong> se non completi gli INITIAL DUTIES prima della deadline, sei definitivamente fuori dal Challenge.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>Reports, WR e Finisher Badge<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Tutti i Challenges Goliaz sono personalizzati. Questo significa che il tuo lavoro viene calcolato specificamente per il tuo livello di forma fisica, in base ai tuoi INITIAL DUTIES, ai tuoi reports e ai progressi che registri durante il Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Se vedi <strong>WR<\/strong> al posto della tua <strong>personalizzazione<\/strong> per un giorno specifico, significa <strong>Wrong Report<\/strong> (report sbagliato). Qualcosa \u00e8 andato storto con i tuoi reports e devi scrivere urgentemente a <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a>, cos\u00ec il problema pu\u00f2 essere risolto.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Non ignorare WR. Non dare per scontato che sparisca da solo. Se una situazione di WR non viene risolta in tempo, puoi essere rimosso dal Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Inoltre, se hai qualsiasi problema nel salvare un Workout o un report, devi contattare <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a> prima della deadline, con uno screenshot che mostri il problema.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Tutte le attivit\u00e0 Goliaz salvate appaiono nel Feed. Il Feed \u00e8 la tua conferma che l\u2019attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 stata salvata. Se l\u2019attivit\u00e0 non appare nel Feed, non \u00e8 stata salvata, e devi segnalare il problema prima della deadline.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Segnalare il problema dopo la deadline non \u00e8 valido. Dopo la deadline, l\u2019app non permette pi\u00f9 di salvare quell\u2019attivit\u00e0, quindi non c\u2019\u00e8 pi\u00f9 modo di confermare che il lavoro sia stato completato in tempo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      C\u2019\u00e8 un\u2019altra regola importante: possono esistere penalit\u00e0 dentro il sistema dei reports, ma non sostituiscono un Workout mancante. Un Workout non fatto significa niente Badge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Usa la nutrizione mentre ti alleni<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Questo Challenge \u00e8 anche una buona occasione per testare il nuovo modulo di nutrizione di Goliaz.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      La nutrizione \u00e8 ancora in beta, ma puoi gi\u00e0 definire un piano settimanale in base ai tuoi obiettivi, registrare quello che mangi, aggiustare i pasti e persino aggiungere le tue ricette, se ti serve.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Usala bene.
