corpo<\/dt>\n<dd>\nSe ti senti stordito, con un p\u00f2 di nausea, stordito, disorientato, stanco o smetti di sudare, fermati immediatamente e vai all'ombra per rinfrescarti. Un piccolo consiglio su come capire se hai bevuto abbastanza: dovresti mantenere lo stesso peso prima e dopo l'allenamento.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nRallenta<\/dt><dd>\nAnche se mantieni la stessa sensazione di sforzo durante l'allenamento, alle alte temperature sarai pi\u00f9 lento del solito. \u00c8 normale, quindi non spingere troppo o non abbatterti se non avrai battuto il tuo PB.<\/dd>\n \t<dt>\nPreraffreddamento<\/dt><dd>\nLa ricerca ha dimostrato che gli atleti si comportano meglio quando si rinfrescano il corpo prima di uscire in estate.
