Vais entrar num Challenge estruturado, com Duties, prazos e regras espec\u00edficas. Na Goliaz, o esfor\u00e7o conta. Os reports contam. Isto significa que o teu trabalho \u00e9 calculado especificamente para o teu n\u00edvel de condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, com base nos teus INITIAL DUTIES, nos teus reports e no progresso que vais registando durante o Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Se vires <strong>WR<\/strong> em vez da tua <strong>customiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> para um dia espec\u00edfico, significa <strong>Wrong Report<\/strong> (relat\u00f3rio errado). Algo correu mal com os teus reports e deves escrever com urg\u00eancia para <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a>, para que o problema possa ser resolvido.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      N\u00e3o ignores WR. N\u00e3o assumas que desaparece sozinho. Se uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de WR n\u00e3o for resolvida a tempo, podes ser removido do Challenge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Al\u00e9m disso, se tiveres algum problema ao gravar um Workout ou um report, tens de contactar <a href=\"mailto:support@goliaz.com\">support@goliaz.com<\/a> antes do prazo, com uma captura de ecr\u00e3 que mostre o problema.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Todas as actividades Goliaz gravadas aparecem no Feed. O Feed \u00e9 a tua confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que a actividade ficou gravada. Se a actividade n\u00e3o aparece no Feed, n\u00e3o ficou gravada, e tens de reportar o problema antes do prazo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Reportar o problema depois do prazo j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 v\u00e1lido. Depois do prazo, a app deixa de permitir gravar essa actividade, por isso j\u00e1 n\u00e3o h\u00e1 forma de confirmar que o trabalho foi conclu\u00eddo a tempo.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      H\u00e1 outra regra importante: podem existir penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es dentro do sistema de reports, mas elas n\u00e3o substituem um Workout em falta. Um Workout n\u00e3o feito significa aus\u00eancia de Badge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>Usa a nutri\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto treinas<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Este Challenge tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma boa oportunidade para testares o novo m\u00f3dulo de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o da Goliaz.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      A nutri\u00e7\u00e3o ainda est\u00e1 em beta, mas j\u00e1 podes definir um plano semanal de acordo com os teus objectivos, registar o que comes, ajustar refei\u00e7\u00f5es e at\u00e9 adicionar as tuas pr\u00f3prias receitas, se precisares.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Usa-a bem.
