Podes alterar esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o a cada semana, para que possamos personalizar o teu plano na perfei\u00e7\u00e3o. \nVais reparar que, para alguns Planos de Treino, alguns equipamentos est\u00e3o marcados com um pequeno cadeado. Exemplos: podes ser um super atleta, mas n\u00e3o conseguir fazer MUSCLEUPS. Ent\u00e3o, deves substituir por uma das op\u00e7\u00f5es STRAIGHT BAR DIPS, PULLUPS, etc; se n\u00e3o conseguires fazer STRICT HS PUSHUPS ou KIPPING HS PUSHUPS podes substituir por HINDU PUSHUPS; se ainda n\u00e3o conseguires fazer Goliaz PUSHUPS podes substituir por KNEE PUSHUPS; se ainda n\u00e3o fores capaz de fazer PISTOLS podes substituir por ASSISTED PISTOLS ou SQUATS;<\/p><p>\u2022 <strong>Les\u00e3o<br \/><\/strong>Imagina que n\u00e3o podes fazer exerc\u00edcios de pernas por causa de uma les\u00e3o. Ainda assim, queres exercitar todos os outros grupos musculares. Ent\u00e3o, podes EXCLUIR os workouts que incluem exerc\u00edcios de pernas. De qualquer forma, se completares a semana antes da data prevista, tens 2 op\u00e7\u00f5es: descansar ou escolher tu pr\u00f3prio o teu treino adicional.\n\nOs Dias de Treino t\u00eam em mente um equil\u00edbrio muscular perfeito, para que n\u00e3o coloques demasiada carga no mesmo grupo muscular dois dias seguidos. Assim, trocar dias pode n\u00e3o ser o ideal, mas claro, haver\u00e1 situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que ter\u00e1s de fazer isso, sem problema.
