Each week you can decide which equipment you want to use, and therefore define if you want to:

– include weights or work only with your bodyweight;

– include outdoor workouts / stay indoors.

Keep in mind that in the last Challenge during the project, outdoor workouts are mandatory. But don’t worry – these are reserved for Fridays, so that you can use the weekend when you’re more likely to have the time and space to train outside.
