Terms of Payment

You can use PayPal to pay for your items in an easy and secure way. You will be redirected to PayPal during the ordering process. If you’re already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open a PayPal account and confirm the payment.

When will you charge me?

When you check out and pay for your order, your PayPal account will be invoiced with the order amount. 

How do I find the right size for the product of my choice?

Please use the sizing table on the products. It’s there to help you find your perfect fit.

Dispatch Cost

Our shipping costs may vary depending on the country and weight. Please check the following chart:

*Please note that delivery to these countries may incur import and customs taxes. These costs shall be borne by the recipient.

Delivery Periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Portugal and Spain within 3 – 4 days*

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, and Switzerland within 4 – 6 days*

Austria, Croatia, Estonia, England, Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia within 5 – 9 days*

In case of foreign deliveries, within 6 – 11 days*

*Please note that deliveries are normally done on fridays. In case that friday is a holiday then it will be done the day before.

We do not issue partial deliveries. We only send a delivery out once all of the ordered items are available.

Stock

If there is an item that does not appears at the shop is because it is currently not available.

Account deletion request

Please fill in the data of the account you want us to delete. We will email the email address to confirm that is really you. Only afterwards we will delete your account.

Deleting your account and data means that all your progress in the app will be lost forever.

  • You will no longer be able to log in, and all your data including your workouts, points, badges, comments, everything will be deleted.
  • Any existing subscription will stay active until its expiry date.
  • If you subscribed in the App Store, you will need to cancel your subscription in
    iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • If you subscribed on our website, you will need to cancel your subscription there.
