This is not a random meal plan. It is the first layer of a bigger system designed to connect your food, your training and your progress.
Training changes your body. However, food decides how well that work is supported. That is why Nutrition is now part of Goliaz 5.0.
In short, the goal is simple. Your food should work with your workouts, not against them.
What Goliaz Nutrition does
Goliaz Nutrition builds a food plan around your goal, your profile and your training. It connects calories, macros, fasting windows, recipes and personal choices in one place.
As a result, you do not need to guess every meal. You can follow a plan that already knows what you are trying to achieve.
For now, Goliaz Nutrition is available for Premium users and is already active inside the app.
How Goliaz Nutrition starts with your profile
First, you set your personal data, your activity profile and your objective. Then Goliaz calculates your nutritional needs and builds a plan around your target.
You can choose between weight loss, maintenance and weight gain goals. This gives the system a clear direction before it starts planning your meals.
Goliaz Nutrition goals and macro preferences
Next, you choose how you want your macros to be distributed. The current nutrition preferences are:
- Balanced: a balanced macro distribution for general progress.
- Protein Plus: a higher protein approach to support training and body composition.
- High Carb Low Fat: more carbohydrates and lower fat.
- High Fat Low Carb: more fat and lower carbohydrates.
Keto is planned. However, it will only arrive when the recipe catalogue is strong enough to support it properly.
No shortcuts in Goliaz Nutrition
No shortcuts: special nutrition modes need a strong recipe catalogue. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies and other specific needs require quality, not random substitutions.
Fasting windows and personal choices
Goliaz Nutrition also allows highly customised intermittent fasting windows. Therefore, your plan can respect not only what you eat, but also when you prefer to eat.
You can also define diet type, allergies and ingredients you want to exclude.
Personal ingredients and recipes
The system is built to become more personal over time. For example, you can already create your own ingredients and personal recipes.
This helps the plan adapt to your real life. It also makes the system more useful the more you use it.
A weekly plan built for your goal
After setup, Goliaz creates a weekly nutrition plan with meals, calories and macros adapted to your profile, your objective and your preferences.
At this stage, plans are created from next Monday to Sunday. Soon, however, you will be able to start your nutrition week on any day you want.
Goliaz Nutrition targets are not frozen
This is where Nutrition becomes truly Goliaz.
Your daily calorie target can change as you train. For example, if you burn more calories, your nutritional day changes too.
More work means more fuel available. That is simple, fair and very Goliaz.

Flexible week starts
Currently, plans are created from next Monday to Sunday. Soon, you will be able to start your nutrition week on any day you want.
Keto and more nutrition modes
Balanced, Protein Plus, High Carb Low Fat and High Fat Low Carb are already available. Keto is next. To make this work properly, we are expanding the curated recipe catalogue.
Pantry
Pantry will show which foods you need for your planned week and what you already have at home. In addition, foods already in your pantry will be favoured in your next plan.
Shared cooking
One user will invite another user to join their kitchen. Once accepted, the first user becomes the cook for both. The meal is shared; however, portions, calories and macros are adapted to each person.
Barcode support
Barcode upload is not available yet. Nevertheless, it is one of the tools we want to explore, so creating ingredients and personal foods can become faster.

Goliaz Nutrition will keep growing. More recipes will arrive. More control will be added. Personalisation will become stronger.
