From individual workouts to a complete training line

The Race will grow progressively.

New workouts will be added to the app. New exercises connected to race-style preparation will become part of the Goliaz training system. New audio sessions will also appear, helping athletes train with better rhythm, focus and control.

This is not a random collection of hard sessions.

The goal is to build a proper training line, step by step, with the same logic that has always defined Goliaz: structure, measurable effort, progression and respect for the athlete’s real level.

Hard workouts are easy to create. Useful preparation is different.

Useful preparation needs direction. It needs purpose. It needs to understand what the athlete is training for, and why each session exists.

That is what The Race is being built to become.

A race can be an event.

This plan will be designed for HYROX-style preparation with the Goliaz approach: structured, progressive, measurable and adapted to the athlete.

That last part matters.

Athletes do not start from the same place. They do not have the same engine, the same strength, the same technical background, the same recovery capacity or the same weekly training reality.

A serious plan should respect that.

The Race will not simply be about giving everyone the same brutal sessions and hoping they survive. The goal is to create preparation with purpose: a training path that helps the athlete move forward from their own starting point, with the right balance between challenge and structure.

That is where Goliaz can bring something different.
