THE START LINE Challenge: a 4-week fitness challenge to move forward
Before any race, there is a start line. This is where the decision becomes real: move forward, or stay exactly where you are.

This 4-week Goliaz Challenge is designed to prepare your body for what comes next: speed, endurance, some plyometrics and the strength work needed to keep everything moving properly.
It is not only about going faster. It is about becoming better prepared, more complete and more ready to handle the effort ahead.
What is THE START LINE?
THE START LINE is built around movement, speed, endurance, control and resilience.
You will not just collect random workouts. You will follow a structured Challenge with specific Duties, deadlines and rules. In Goliaz, effort matters. Reports matter. Doing the work matters.
THE START LINE also anticipates something bigger: the launch of THE RACE training plan, coming at the beginning of September.
This Challenge is the starting point. The place where the body begins to prepare, the engine starts to wake up and the direction becomes clear. THE RACE is coming. THE START LINE is where we begin.
Why a Goliaz Challenge is different
A Goliaz Challenge is more intense than normal training. For a short period, the structure is tighter, the commitment is higher and the body receives a stronger stimulus.
When athletes complete this kind of focused month properly, they can finish with a level of fitness that is very hard to reach through normal training alone.
Who can participate?
Only athletes with a Premium Subscription may participate in THE START LINE Challenge.
If Premium is not active on an account, the app will show the available Subscription and Free Trial options.
How to enter THE START LINE Challenge
Entering the Challenge is done inside the Goliaz app.
- Open the Goliaz app.
- Go to the Training screen.
- Scroll down until you find the THE START LINE Challenge card.
- Tap the card to open the Challenge screen.
- Tap the grey fists to enter the Challenge.
Do not leave this for the last moment. The Challenge has strict entry rules, and the INITIAL DUTIES must be completed on time.
Challenge rules and deadlines
In a Goliaz Challenge, Duties are the Workouts assigned to you inside the Challenge.
INITIAL DUTIES are mandatory entry Duties. They are not optional and they must be completed before the first deadline.
All deadlines below use CET (Central European Time). Your DAILY DUTIES will normally be posted before 2h CET on the respective day.
INITIAL DUTIES available
Your INITIAL DUTIES will be available on Thursday, 16.07.2026.
Initial deadline
You have until 24h CET on 19.07.2026 to complete your INITIAL DUTIES. If you do not complete them in time, you will be out of the Challenge for good.
Weekly Duties deadline
The Duties of each week must be completed before 24h CET on the Sunday of that same week. If you miss a weekly deadline, you may still continue the Challenge, but you will no longer be eligible for the Finisher Badge.
EARN-THE-BADGE
The last Daily Duty is called EARN-THE-BADGE. It will be posted before 2h CET on 15.08.2026. Do not expect it to be easy. Book at least a couple of hours in your agenda.
Final deadline
You have until 24h CET on 16.08.2026 to complete all your Duties.
Important: If you do not complete the INITIAL DUTIES before the deadline, you will be out of the Challenge for good.
Reports, WR and the Finisher Badge
All Goliaz Challenges are customized. This means your work is calculated specifically for your fitness level, based on your INITIAL DUTIES, your reports and the progress you register during the Challenge.
If you see WR instead of your CUSTOMIZATION for a specific day, it means Wrong Report. Something went wrong with your reports and you must email support@goliaz.com urgently, so the issue can be solved.
Do not ignore WR. Do not assume it will disappear. If a WR situation is not sorted on time, you may be removed from the Challenge.
Additionally, if you have any problem saving a Workout or a report, you must contact support@goliaz.com before the deadline, with a screenshot showing the issue.
Every saved Goliaz activity appears in the feed. The feed is your confirmation that the activity was saved. If the activity does not appear in the feed, it was not saved, and you must report the problem before the deadline.
Reporting the problem after the deadline is not valid. After the deadline, the app no longer allows that activity to be saved, so there is no way to confirm that the work was completed on time.
There is another important rule: penalties may exist inside the reporting system, but they do not replace a missed Workout. A Workout not done means no Badge.
Use Nutrition while you train
This Challenge is also a good opportunity to test the new Goliaz Nutrition module.
Nutrition is still in beta, but you can already set a weekly nutrition plan according to your goals, track your intake, adjust your meals and even add your own recipes if needed.
Use it well. Training hard is only half of the job.

The Coach or his team may approach you if something is unclear with your reports.
Please keep your push notifications activated during the Challenge. If there is a problem with a report, a WR situation or any urgent clarification, we may need to reach you quickly.
Please answer us. We are trying to help you stay inside the Challenge, keep your reports clean and give your effort the value it deserves.
